He challenged the big powers for targeting self-belief of the Muslim nations and attempts to undermine their religious and cultural identity.
"Today, the Muslims have been exposed to the highest pressure, and unprecedented threats and multi dimensional conspiracy," Mottaki said.
He said that the threats posed to the Muslim nations have targeted economic development of the Muslim nations and hampering Muslim solidarity.
"You may say that apparently some of the Islamic nations are exempted from threats and pressure, but, in practice, all the Muslim nations are exposed to threats of the big powers. "The reality is that the entire Muslim nations are exposed to threat which is multi dimensional."
He said that the Islamic teachings call for solidarity and brotherhood and forbids disunity. "Even the most powerful country cannot guarantee its interests alone requiring the Muslim nations to adopt collective strategy to deal with the threats posed to them practically."
Mottaki said that the Zionist regime has continued with genocide of Palestinians perpetrating heinous crimes and attempted to Judaize the holy Qods.
Referring to the pressure the big powers exerted on Iran over nuclear program through passing resolutions at the United Nations Security Council, Mottaki said that Iranian nuclear program is for generating electricity and that Iran respects Non-Proliferation treaty (NPT) and Safeguards of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
Mottaki said that all Iranian nuclear sites are under supervision of the UN nuclear agency, but, the big powers are making it excuse for posing threat to Iran.
